Hi @Krishna,<br />OpenIDs don&#39;t have &quot;usernames&quot;. But for display purposes you can show the email address (perhaps just the alias of it) to the user as their username. But it&#39;s vital that you don&#39;t use that as a username for security purposes.

Regarding the OpenIdException, that's true. My sample probably should have included that wrapping the CreateRequest method call in a try/catch block for OpenIdException and handling failures such as this is a good idea.
